Mr. Gaffney is the creator and host of the Litchfield County Sports program on WAPJ F.M. in Torrington and started the show in September of 2009.

The show airs live on Monday's, between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. at 89.9 or 105.1 F.M. and streams live at wapj.org.

The LCS radio program has been broadcast from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and is the only local radio program dedicated to local sports.
