Amanda Adamski scored 15 points, including her 1,000 career point on the first possession of the game, to lead Lewis Mills to a 50-22 victory over Gilbert. Adamski is the fourth female athlete in Lewis Mills’ history to reach the milestone.

“It could not have happened to a better girl,” Lewis Mills coach Dennis Fowler said. “Amanda is not just an extremely talented basketball player, she is a hard worker and good person. She has been a great role model for this program.”

Katherine Bayne added 13 points for the Spartans, now 10-0.

Nicole Crossman had 9 points to lead Gilbert (1-9).
