Deron Bayer's Mountaineers are coming off a formidable 5-5 season, led by the graduated Tanner Brissett, who totaled over 4,000 career yards. The lead role in Bayer's famed single-wing offense will fall to the trio Donyell Williams, Will Perotti and Jake Sutterlin. Moving on from Brissett will take time and won't be easy, but Williams, in particular, have experience and should help the Mountaineers pick up a few wins this season.
