Lewis Mills girls improve to 7-0 with 60-39 win over Northwestern

Amanda Adamski scored 26 points as Lewis Mills rolled to its seventh-straight victory, beating Northwestern, 60-39.

“Our game plan was simple ... pound it down low,” Mills coach Dennis Fowler said. “We knew Amanda was going to be a match-up problem for Northwest. She dominated the paint tonight.”

Katherine Bayne added 16 points for the Spartans (7-0), who used a 23-point third quarter to take a 49-28 lead entering the final period.

Rasa Hamel scored 12 points and Kaci Seibert added 10 points for Northwest (3-3).
