Celebrating Fathers...Jonathan Wilson on Rick Wilson.
Dad, I love you
There are so many reasons why I love my dad. He does everything for me. He goes to my games, he takes me on vacations, and most of all he loves me.
I could not ask for anything better.
When he comes to see me play it means so much to me. Hearing him cheer for me on the sidelines is a thing that I feel is amazing. I am always disappointed when he tells me he can’t make it to the event. But, none the less when he does come it means the world.
My family goes on my vacation a few times a year. My dad is the one with all the ideas. What we should do, how we should there, and where we should stay. He puts in so much time so that we can have a good time. All I can say is thanks for that.
My dad works hard so that we are able to go on our vacations.
He works as a writer for the great Litchfield County Sports.com and The Waterbury Republican American.
If that’s not enough he teaches at Thomaston High School. So after work he comes home to write one or two stories and then continues to correct papers and projects that may be due the next day. He sure is a busy guy. And he does so that we can live a good life.
To sum this all up, I love my dad. That is something I cannot say enough. Thank you for everything. I could not ask for anything more.
And the quote of the day is...
