ALL-STAR TEAM

GIRLS

FIRST TEAM

SARAH ROYALS- TORRINGTON- Albany bound senior led the Raiders to a Class L semi-final berth and became the schools all-time leading scorer with 1605 career points. Won Naugatuck Valley League scoring title with a 22 points per game average as Raiders won a share of the Copper Division Championship with a 19-1 regular season record.

AMANDA ADAMSKI- LEWIS MILLS- The senior center finished a stellar career at Mills by taking her team to a Class M semi-final game. The Spartans won the Berkshire League with perfect 20-0 record and set a school record with 25 wins. Led BL in scoring with a 17.1 scoring average.

CAITLIN DRAKELEY- NONNEWAUG- Second in scoring to Adamski at 17 points per game for Chiefs team that finished with a 15-8 overall record. Team leader throughout the 2010-2011 campaign.

NICOLE BISSON- LEWIS MILLS- Senior point guard had monster end of season and post season. 23-point effort against Montville in second round of Class M states included six, three-pointers. Huge late three provided cushion in Spartans win over Kolbe Cathedral in quarterfinals.

MAGGIE EBERHARDT- THOMASTON- 14.3 Points per game average ranked the sophomore fourth in BL in scoring in 2010-2011. Led a feisty Golden Bears team to an improbable 17-3 regular season record.

SECOND TEAM

CAYCEE WILLIAMS- WAMOGO- Junior center had a solid season with a 14.3 points per game average for the Warriors who posted a 16-8 overall record in 2010-2011.

HANNAH MARTIN- THOMASTON- Senior guard stepped up for a team that lost all starters from previous season and still posted a 17-3 regular season record.

DANIELLE KEARNS- HOUSATONIC- Led Mountaineers in scoring with a 16.7 average and was a force under the basket all year. Fierce rebounded on both ends of the court.

ALY OTIS- TORRINGTON- Came on as season progressed on the offensive end and was one of the best Raiders defenders all season. Toughest under the boards, especially when going for offensive rebounds.

Averaged 11 points per game for season.

KERRI STOLLE- WAMOGO- Junior point guard created the Warriors offensive flow and was one of top guards in BL this season.

Averaged 12 points per game for the 16-8 Warriors.
