Torrington CT- The Torrington Titans of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League have announced their new website and logos for the upcoming summer season. The Titans have partnered with Pointstreak Solutions to launch the new

The Titans purchased the existing Titans web address as part of the sale of the team and have launched the new Torrington Baseball Group, LLC version of “Pointstreak has done a fantastic job of taking our vision and designing, constructing and launching a great new website,” said Mike O’Malley, GM of the Titans. Pointstreak has also contracted the FCBL as a whole to help create quality websites for each team.

The Titans will utilize the new site for news and updates on the team. Information such as player bios, statistics and game summaries will be located on the website. Also, will function as an online retailer for ticket sales, merchandise and sponsorships. Online video and audio of games are in discussions to be located on the site for the inaugural season.

The Titans also announce the unveiling of their new logos.  The logos will be important for the team to make headway in educating the public on the new ownership and management of the team as well as marketing and merchandising purposes.

Todd Malhoit, a designer from the Detroit area, was responsible for the design and creation of the logos with the help of TBG. Mr. Malhoit was also responsible for creating the Martha’s Vineyard Sharks and Brockton Rox logos, which debuted earlier this year. The Titan’s are the third team Mr. Malhoit has designed logos for under Carminucci Sports Group’s management.

Malhoit not only created just one logo, but has designed an array of logos for the team to begin using for the team’s purposes. “Our relationship with Todd has been extremely beneficial for us. His work is exceptional and he was able to pretty much nail the design on the first try. It was exactly what we were hoping for and I think Torrington will be able to get excited over a new logo for the newly revived team.” Mike O’Malley, General Manager of the Titans said.

The Titans will join the Martha's Vineyard Sharks, the Seacoast Mavericks and the Nashua Silver Knights in the inaugural season of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. The FCBL provides student-athletes from New England and New England Colleges the opportunity to compete and play with the elite players from across the country and to promote them to MLB organizations. Each roster must contain at least 13 players from New England or from a New England University/College. In addition, the Futures Collegiate Baseball League will provide a family friendly, affordable, and a fun experience for the communities that we play in, in a minor league style setting.
