Three Wolcott Tech Boys Volleyball Players made the Connecticut Volleyball League All-Conference Team for 2024. The team also won the Regular Season CVL Championship.

The Wildcats regular season record was 16-4.

From coach Tanguay on his players and his program.

“Matthew Hand is a junior setter who can put the ball in the hitters hand from anywhere on the court to get a kill. He is a strong team captain and doesn’t let any pressure get to him.”

“Daniel Famiglietti is a middle hitter and blocker who will deny any hitter on the opposite side to swing and leads the court with his actions.”

“Hayden Fendley-Galinski is a right-side hitter who developed the ability to hit from all 6 spots on the court and hit with power and accuracy.”

“Matthew and Daniel also made the CVL All-Academic Team as well.”

-This is our 16th time qualifying for the state tournament in 23 years since our program was started. The entire team was incredibly focused and driven all season long, JV was undefeated and went 20-0
